ROCK'EM SOCK'EM ROBOTS [BIG OPEN FIGHT LOG]

Who: Signless, Robots, and YOU
Where: City Hall, and all over downtown LA.
When: April 14th
What: Signless bates the Cybetronians into having a big fight in downtown LA while attempting to get a valuable artifact. Earth civilians and superheroes are SUPER WELCOME to notice the fuss and try to stop the fighting/safe people from collateral damage.
Warnings: SUDDENLY ROBOT ULTRAVIOLENCE

Signless leaves himself, and the hammer, visible at first. He wants them to see him, to know that the battle is imminent - and with any luck, a conflict will start. He'll do his best to disappear and keep them hunting for him as as long as possible after he's initially been spotted. Maximum collateral damage is his goal.

It also helps that he's an empath. He'll be taking whatever opportunities he can to agitate people's emotions, whether it be anger, panic, or fear, in the attempt to make ever more chaos.

This is a party style log, meaning you can make you own threads and scenarios. Signless will be around with the hammer. LET'S MAKE THIS AS BIG OF A CLUSTERFUCK AS POSSIBLE, GUYS.

It hits, and it's an unpleasant sensation to say the least. Starscream's pulled into an awkward bowing position, and he can feel the panic rising in his spark... It gives way to indignant anger though, and he manages to wrangle his arms and fire a vicious volley of energon blasts at the occupied geth in the hopes of at least breaking his focus.

AI don't have focus—not really, anyway. Legion diverts several runtimes from coordinating with CONDOR command to dodge Starscream's blasts, moving over his body and dropping a fist into his head with the hope that the punch combined with the added weight will successfully spike him into the ground.

It's a brutal blow, and it staggers Starscream for a moment, but he manages to brace himself enough to withstand being completely decked.

Well, if he wasn't pissed off before, he really is now. There's the flashing and whirring of shifting metal as he transforms and several tons of F-16 go blasting past the geth, rocketing skyward at top speed and gaining altitude at an alarming rate.

As he ascends he chimes in on Legions comm link: "Do you always make a point of turning to extreme violence against non-aggressive party this quickly in all of your diplomatic engagements, or am I some sort of special exception?"

Firing warning shots totally counted as not aggressive in his mind, alright?

Legion doesn't respond—Starscream is blatantly lying, and they are honestly not sure what to say to that, so they don't bother. Instead, they merely point both hands at the jet and trigger Hunter Mode, boosting their offensive power and rapidly increasing Starscream's weight, hoping to overcome his engines and send him crashing to the ground.

He can feel the weight increase, even at the great altitude he's reached, and Starscream makes a note to be impressed by the utter range this thing has. Later. When he's not totally preoccupied with trying to dole out some punishment.

Starscream has his flaws, and he might not be the most adept at hand to hand combat, but if there's one thing that he knows he utterly excels at it's flying. So when he feels the drag of the extra weight working against his thrusters, he adapts at a moments notice on pure instinct. He cuts off his engines, ascent screeching to a halt, and lets himself go into free fall for a good several thousand feet or so. From a distance it may have looked like Legion's trick did the job, with the jet rapidly approaching a crash landing on the earth's surface; but then at the last minute he twists, engines kicking back on with a ferocious vengeance, and he zips by the Geth, sending more blaster fire in his direction.

"What, nothing to say in your defense? No explanations or moral justification to try and lay on me?" he snaps as he flies by, growing even more irritated by the other party's silence more than anything else.

Absolute silence seems to be unsettling Starscream, so Legion maintains it, dropping the field on Starscream to put more power in dodging. He's visibly more comfortable in jet mode; with luck, he will also be less willing to sustain damage. Legion follows him, and fires a warp field toward his wings; the field is an attempt to rip it apart by rapidly altering its mass until it shakes itself to pieces.
