"I see." There isn't much that she, personally, can do for him. She doesn't know where Cybertron is, and, even if she did, humanity hasn't developed the type of spacecraft necessary to get him there. If he crash-landed here and lost a portion of his memory in the process, there would likely be a ship of some sort somewhere, but he would have had to see it upon waking. If he didn't know how he got here, there must not have been a ship. That means she can only give him information.

As far as she could tell when she met him, Starscream is the opposite, as well as unpredictable and possibly dangerous. "His name is Commander Starscream, and his vehicle form is that of a military jet. I know not if he remains in this area – or on Earth - but you may learn more about possible methods of returning to your planet if you are able to locate him."
