Who: Cynthia and YOU
Where: The Trailblazers dorms and around LA
When: Around the end of February
What: LA's peppiest superhero-in-training focuses on an important project and does miscellaneous things around LA.
Warnings: None yet.
The Trailblazers dorms
Usually around this time of the day, Cynthia is making rounds around the dorms and peeking over the shoulders of her teammates to see what they're doing. Usually, she's talking loudly enough to someone that she can be heard several rooms over. Usually, she's bugging someone to do something or go somewhere with her.
Today, however, Cynthia is quiet. She's hunched over something in the main room; it's difficult to tell what it is, but it looks like it might be a piece of paper or maybe a notebook. She could be holding a pencil or a pen, too. She doesn't respond to any nearby conversation, even if her name is said. It seems like she's unusually focused on the item in front of her. It's up to you to solve this mystery, brave Trailblazer.
Wandering around LA
The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and Cynthia is out for a stroll in the city. It's such a beautiful day, so how could she not take the opportunity to enjoy a little bit of it? She's full of energy and ready to explore stores and streets she hasn't seen before. She might do a little bit of shopping, too; it depends on what she finds. Today is a great day for anything and everything.
Throughout the day, Cynthia will jump to help anyone she perceives to be in trouble. She might not do a very good job of helping, but it's the thought that counts, right? Despite not currently being proficient as a superhero, Cynthia will try her best to stop any crime she sees. She's happy to strike up conversation with anyone in her environment who looks friendly...probably also people who don't look friendly. It's just such a nice day.
At the end of the day, she'll sit down on the grass at a nearby park and enjoy the feeling of the breeze in her hair. You might find her rolling around in the grass on occasion, blissfully unaware of any prying eyes.
((If you'd like something more specific for either the dorms or general LA, please let me know and I'll set something up! PM is a good way to do that if you don't have me added on social media.))

out in LA somewhere
With a jerk, she manages to unstick the zipper - just as she crashes into someone in front of her.
"Oh crap-" She drops into a crouch to push the spilled contents back into her bag, sparing a glance upward. "Sorry 'bout that, my bag was being a dick. Guess I wasn't paying attention."

Several steps later, she hears her text alert sound – a horse's neighing. She stops for a moment on the side of the sidewalk; she won't really disrupt anyone here. She pulls out her phone, texts a response with the hand not holding her frozen yogurt, and pockets her phone. Just as she looks up and begins to walk again, someone runs right into her.
Cynthia yelps and stumbles backwards, but she doesn't fall. Her frozen yogurt is not as lucky; it goes flying into the street and is then run over by a passing car. There goes her snack.
"Oh...Don't worry about it," she says, a little sullenly. That frozen yogurt was so good. Feeling kind of responsible for stopping when she shouldn't have, she joins Miko in a crouch and hands her a couple of items that landed farther away. "I guess I'm just glad I didn't get frozen yogurt on you. I spilled coffee all over someone's shirt the other day; it was awful!"

She picks up her camera last, relieved to find it apparently undamaged, before standing upright.
"Name's Miko, by the way."

"Anyway, yeah, I'm kind of clumsy." She laughs a little at herself. "I got it from my mom. She somehow got to be one of the raddest superheroes around, even though she was tripping over herself, like, half the time! ...I haven't really figured out how to do that yet, so I'm just a klutz." She makes a determined gesture. "Not for long, though!"

"Well...my mom was a superhero," she says, her expression turning a bit solemn, "but she disappeared on a mission a few years ago. After that, I started really learning about all of the cool things she did to help people, and I decided that I wanted to be just like her!" Maybe one day, if she gets good enough, she'll be able to find out what really happened to her mother. Sumia's out there, somewhere; Cynthia can feel it.

"And yeah, it's pretty great! I mean I'm not allowed to do anything super-important yet, but I'm getting there!"
WHOOPS SORRY FOR THE WAIT
As she finishes talking, they make it to the cafe. She stops at the entrance. "D'you wanna get anything?" Miko's previous pegasus-related transgression seems to be forgotten.

She checks her pocket as they reach the cafe - yep, she's got like seven bucks in there. "Sure, why not. You planning to get anything?"

"Yeah, I think I could go for a latte..." she says, as she enters the cafe. She holds the door open for Miko. "And maybe a little slice of cake, if they have any. I haven't had cake in way too long."
