Starscream talks, and all Knock Out really hears is that this is going to be a lot of work. This is precisely why he'd been content to sit back and wait until Breakdown located him -- for now, at least -- because it sure beats the scrap out of putting all his time and effort into getting back to a place, it turns out, he wasn't all that invested in being.
