The polite distance apparently isn't enough, because when Apollo gets anywhere near him, the troll wavers off of his path and sort of fumbles awkwardly into the nearest building. He rolls his back to the surface, a churring whine in his throat. He bears his fangs just enough to be aggressive, otherwise looking exhausted.
