we could make a binary joke here

WHO Ravirn and YOU
WHAT THINGS. Pick an option or make your own!
WHEN Various times!
WHERE Various places!
WHY Because CR.

A;
He usually rotates where he goes. A could hours at a cafe, then to the internet cafe downtown, then maybe a couple hours at his rented room with the doors locked and windows warded so he can get some real work done- but other than to sleep, Ravirn doesn't stay in one place for long. Not out of any sense of paranoia, but he still hasn't gotten over how weird this place feels to him, and there's the subtle hunt for some place more.

At one point he casually 'suggests' coding a disguise for Melchior that makes him look like a dog so he can at least let the webgoblin stretch his legs a bit more - a suggestion that ends up with a few snarky comments regarding who's taking who for a walk. Ravirn welcomes it, really, because Melchior's had to put up with just as much if not more than that, and if the only way they can make their usual banter is through text, well, he'll take it.

The webgoblin's just as busy as he is, though, LEDs flickering busily whenever he's switched to laptop. No matter where Ravirn is, no matter what he's currently working on, Melchior's working on his own things to try and figure it all out.

Dark-haired man, custom blue portable computer- they're never seen apart, and Ravirn only rarely takes his eyes off the screen, no matter where he is or what's going on.

B;
Half the time Ravirn's on Melchior, he's doing things that probably wouldn't be considered 'legal' by most. Then again, Ravirn doesn't exactly consider himself beholden to any local laws.

He's good at covering his tracks- damn good. And most of it is just exploring, probing for information and withdrawing. Sure, Ravirn runs a little general software-support operation for some spare cash, but even when the opportunity presents itself to make a good deal more cash he ignores it.

Ravirn doesn't hack for the money, he hacks for the thrill, and more often than not is as invisible as any normal user even as he switches his rights to admin and then root.

Rarely, though, he's doing more; throwing himself in to the system, his astral self comprised of ones and zeroes and soul-stuff. This is how Ravirn hacks when he really wants something done, and dangerous as it is, it's also the only time he feels anywhere near like his normal self.

By most standards, his presence is seen only as a brief glitch in the code, only there for a moment and then gone. For those who know how to read it properly, though...

((So basically; find Ravirn in person, find Ravirn hacking. Pick a flavor, or make your own!))
