That makes her spark feel like it's just been snuffed out. The air hitches in her vents and she stares at him, her face blank and uncomprehending. There's no way to misconstrue anything he says as mere disorientation, but she just -- she doesn't understand. She knows who he is -- she knows whose face she's looking at. Her optics focus and refocus, as if that'll change what she's seeing, somehow, but it doesn't. Her hand doesn't leave the infusion pump, holding it in place as the energon slowly drains into his system.
