Jon is a bit surprised when Ghost leads him away from the humanoid cages and towards the animals, but he quickly puts two and two together, especially with a large tiger front and center and Karkat apparently examining it.

"It's her," he says to Karkat quietly. Ghost trots up to press his nose through the bars of his cage.
