The first one short-circuits a cyborg's legs, but the second narrowly misses and Eusine is forced to rocket out of reach to avoid getting smashed into yet another wall; better equipped or not, he still doesn't have anything to protect him if he gets hit, and he still hasn't completely recovered from the previous beating. If possible, he would really like to keep all of his ribs in one piece.
