Miko yelps again as Eusine pulls her out of the way of the monster, then tries to scoot away as it turns to face them again. There's a vague idea in the back of her mind that, with her camera still hanging on the strap around her neck, now could be a good time to get some close-up shots - but even as she starts scrambling to her feet, she knows she can't really afford to have her hands occupied at the moment.

"Okay," she gasps, "If you've got any kinda powers that could, you know, kill that thing or chase it off or something, that would be really welcome right-"

She's cut off as the thing charges once again, reaching for them without much in the way of specific aim, but it's definitely coming and coming fast.
