Okay, now THAT is suspicious. When Miko first catches sight of the car, she's at the wrong angle to get a good look into the driver's seat - but that turns out not to matter, as the same car seems to keep... coming... back.

By the fourth time she sees it, the combination of weird behavior and the glimpses she's gotten of the interior have her convinced that this is, indeed, the car she's looking for, and she's not letting it pass by again.

Miko runs directly into the street, placing herself a good distance in front of the car - she figures it shouldn't have trouble stopping at that speed, and why would it hit her intentionally? - waving a hand wildly in the air and shouting. "Hey, you! With all the red! I need to talk to you!"
