With training and no immediate missions for the Trailblazers to take up, Nessa decides to spend her afternoon in the city. She has to pick up a few groceries anyway (she's not sure where all the mayonnaise and her sketchbooks keeps disappearing to, but it probably has something to do with the additional Alternian in the building) and the day is nice enough that she wants to get out of the base for a while. Being cooped up was never her thing, so with grocery list in hand and backpack and civvies on (today she's sporting a overly big sweater with cats knitted into the front in some sort of faded glittery wool that she'd found at a thrift store and remains to be her most prized thrift store purchase yet) she ventures out into the city.

Maybe if she stops by the thrift shop, she'll be able to find a companion sweater for this beauty? And she'll have to stop by that one bakery downtown that sells the little cat buns so she can work on some fanfiction over a cup of coffee.
